An emerging AI-powered operations companion for small field-service businesses—designed to help owners and teams work with technology, not against it.
The planned MVP brings together natural-language interaction, operational context, institutional knowledge, best-practice recommendations, and human-approved workflow execution. The founding pilot is grounded in an established Northern Virginia lawn and landcare business, with leadership support for a collaborative MVP evaluation using existing operational workflows and business systems.

RMI-AI is in pre-MVP development, with a Virginia field-services pilot relationship established. The MVP scope and capabilities described here are planned, not yet commercially available. A VIPC Launch Grant application was submitted in October 2026; no funding award is implied.

At Iconicloud, it informs our design thinking: question assumptions, listen before solving, and bring human wisdom together with artificial intelligence to discover better possibilities.

David brings decades of experience spanning telecommunications, software, imaging technology, and applied artificial intelligence. His entrepreneurial background includes founding Imagenomic, which achieved approximately $2 million in annual recurring retail revenue, excluding additional private-label and white-label licensing business.
Through Iconicloud and WisdomWorks, he is focused on connecting technical innovation with practical human and organizational needs—beginning with small-business operations in Virginia.
